These are the terms and conditions for our websites: https://eskysystems.com and https://skysystems.at.
These websites and the products sold through them are operated by Erzsebet Kandasi e.U., trading as Sky Systems, a sole proprietorship registered in Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Sky Systems", "we", "us", or "our"). The words "user", "customer", "you" and "your" refer to you, the user and customer.
By using the website and purchasing products available on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy. These terms apply to all versions of the website accessible via desktop, mobile, tablet, social media, or other devices.

CONTRACTING PARTY
Regardless of where your order is physically shipped from, your contract of sale is always concluded with Erzsebet Kandasi e.U. / Sky Systems, the Austrian company identified in these terms. Austrian law governs this contract (see the Governing Law section below).
ELIGIBILITY
You may use the website and purchase products only in compliance with these terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
By using the website and purchasing products, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these terms and to perform all of your obligations. You further represent that you are under no legal disability or contractual restriction that prevents you from entering into these terms.
Sky Systems may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the website and products to any user, and may change its eligibility criteria at any time.
Promotions, contests, and giveaways are subject to their own terms and may be terminated without notice.
ACCOUNT
When registering on the website, you must choose a password and may be asked for additional information such as an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Sky Systems of any unauthorized use of your account, and (b) ensure you log out at the end of each session. You may not use another user's account without authorization.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Sky Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, provided false information, or interfered with another party's use of the website.
NOTIFICATIONS AND NEWSLETTER
By providing your email address and phone number, you agree that we may use them to send notifications about the status of your order and important communications about our services. With your consent, we may also send news, product updates, and special offers via email, SMS, or push notification. You may opt out at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in our emails, by replying "STOP" to SMS messages, or by contacting us. Opting out may prevent you from receiving updates about your order.
SHOPPING ON THE WEBSITE
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products at the price displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Please check product variants — such as size, color, material, and length — before placing your order.
When you place an order, Sky Systems will send an automatic email confirming your purchase and order details. We reserve the right to limit the number of units purchased per customer and to limit or refuse sales on a regional basis.
Sky Systems may cancel any order and decline to supply products where it is reasonable to do so, and may change or discontinue product availability at any time. If an order is cancelled by us, any payment made will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRICES
Sky Systems reserves the right to determine product prices. The price of each product and its variants is shown on the relevant product page. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time, including according to exchange rate fluctuations.
We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur (including human or technical error). If a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it.
PAYMENTS
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. These currently may include credit and debit cards (via Shopify Payments), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and we may add further payment methods over time. The available methods shown at checkout at the time of your order apply.
The price of the product must be paid before the product is shipped. Payment is charged after you place your order. Once the transaction is processed, we send an electronic receipt to your email address.
If your card or payment is declined, no order will be processed. There may be a pending authorization on your account until your bank releases it, usually within 2 to 5 business days. Payments may be declined for reasons such as insufficient funds, an address verification mismatch, or an incorrect security code. If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method.
Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers solely for the purpose of processing your purchase. Sky Systems does not store your full card details.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Sky Systems aims to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device's screen.
SHIPPING AND ORDER FULFILMENT
Sky Systems maintains stock in multiple locations. Depending on availability and your order, products may be shipped from within the European Union or from outside the EU. The contracting party remains Erzsebet Kandasi e.U. / Sky Systems in Austria in all cases. Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES, AND DUTIES
Because orders may ship from within or outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country and the origin of the shipment.
For shipments where applicable, we may collect estimated duties and taxes at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import VAT, or charges imposed by the destination country upon arrival.
Please check the import rules of your country before ordering. Sky Systems is not responsible for packages returned, delayed, or undelivered due to non-payment of customs duties by the customer. Payment of any such duties not collected at checkout is the sole responsibility of the customer.
DISCLAIMER
Some of our products contain metals and materials that may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. This disclaimer does not exclude any warranty implied by law that cannot legally be excluded.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials on the website — including names, logos, trademarks, images, text, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, and software — are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Sky Systems or by third parties who have licensed their material to us.
Materials on the website are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, transmitted, or distributed without our prior written permission. You may not modify, distort, or circumvent any security features of the website.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
Sky Systems respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe in good faith that material on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with: identification of the right allegedly infringed (including registration numbers or proof of ownership); the location of the infringing material; your name, address, phone number, and email; a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement that the information is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, or sell any information or services obtained from the website without our permission. The following are also prohibited:

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sky Systems will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including Internet or communications outages, fire, flood, war, or acts of God.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
THIRD PARTIES
Through your use of the website you may encounter links to third-party websites or interact with third-party services. Any interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk. Sky Systems is not responsible or liable for any third-party sites or services.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Sky Systems and its representatives against any claims, losses, damages, fines, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties resulting from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your purchase of products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may change the website and these terms at any time. You are responsible for staying informed of these terms. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We may terminate this agreement with you at any time by notice (including by email).
PERSONAL DATA
Any personal information you submit in connection with a purchase is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Austria. The courts of Austria shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with Sky Systems and its business operations, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence within the EU.
EU Online Dispute Resolution. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and do not generally participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are committed to resolving disputes with you directly — please contact us first.
FINAL PROVISIONS
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
