Thank you for shopping with Sky Systems. This shipping policy applies to all products offered through our websites: https://eskysystems.com and https://skysystems.at.

Sky Systems is committed to delivering your products in perfect condition to the address you provide at checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where your order can be received during normal business hours.


SHIPPING AND FULFILMENT

Sky Systems delivers worldwide. We maintain stock in multiple locations, and depending on product availability and your order, items may be shipped from within the European Union or from outside the EU. Your contract of sale remains with Sky Systems (Erzsebet Kandasi e.U., Austria) in all cases.

We ship using trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, and other couriers. Where available, shipments include tracking, and insurance may be provided depending on the carrier and destination.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For security reasons, we do not ship to post office boxes or military addresses, and we cannot accept orders where the recipient or address cannot be clearly identified.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location, weight, and order, and are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Sky Systems may offer free shipping or discounted shipping as part of special offers, promotions, or seasonal campaigns. When a promotion applies, the free or discounted shipping will be shown and applied automatically at checkout. Promotional shipping offers are temporary and apply only while the promotion is active.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing takes place Monday to Friday and does not occur on weekends or major holidays. Processing time may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, and promotions.

Please note: order processing time and shipping (transit) time are separate.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are approximately:

  • Austria: 2 to 4 business days
  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days
  • International (rest of world): 2 to 4 weeks

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, customs processing, and the location your order ships from. In the event of significant delays, we will inform you using the contact details you provided.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number where available. Please track your order using the number provided. If your package appears lost or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier using your tracking number, or contact us for further assistance.


CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES, AND DUTIES

Because orders may ship from within or outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country and the origin of the shipment.

Where applicable, estimated duties and taxes may be collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). Where they are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import VAT, or charges imposed by the destination country upon arrival.

Please check your country's import rules before ordering. Sky Systems is not responsible for packages returned, delayed, or undelivered due to non-payment of customs duties by the customer.


DELAYS

Sky Systems is not responsible for delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events, customs processing, or the courier service itself, as these are beyond our control. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.


UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If, at the time of delivery, the customer is unavailable at the delivery address and the package cannot be left with a responsible person, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to redeliver the order.


INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is current, correct, and complete. Sky Systems is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs to resend it, or to cancel the order and issue a refund with the original shipping cost deducted.


SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

We recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as your home or workplace. Sky Systems is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to an unsafe delivery address.


DELIVERY COMPLETION

A delivery is considered complete from the moment the carrier's tracking system marks the order as "delivered" or "completed", confirming the product has been made available to the customer.
