Refund policy

Welcome to Sky Systems!

This return and refund policy applies to all products purchased through our websites (https://eskysystems.com and https://skysystems.at). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Austrian law.


YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, using our contact details below, before the 14-day period expires.

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction matters to us. Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.

Returns are only processed once the product has been received by the customer — no returns are accepted on products still in transit or not yet delivered.

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Products purchased on sale, with promotional codes, or as part of a promotion or contest
  • Products customized or cut to customer specifications (for example, cord cut to a requested length)

Please note: many of our products are sold by length or as wholesale quantities. Cords and materials that have been cut, unspooled, or altered from their original saleable condition cannot be returned.


CONDITIONS OF RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order
  • Order number
  • Items must be in their original condition — unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged
  • Labels must be attached and the product must be in its original packaging
  • All returns must be accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase

Any items you have accepted and then returned remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please send returns using a tracked and insured delivery service, and package the product securely. Sky Systems reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

To request a return, please contact us using the details below. You will then receive instructions on how to return the product.

For standard returns (change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable and, where applicable, will be deducted from your refund.


DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We take care to avoid any damage or defects, but if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and of sending a replacement, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Your request must include:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order
  • Order number
  • Proof of the damage or defect (photo or video)

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 3 to 5 working days for processing. If your return does not meet the conditions of this policy, the package will be returned to you at your cost.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of acceptance. If you requested an exchange, the replacement product will be sent to your delivery address.

For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund and you pay the return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, you receive a full refund including shipping.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Undeliverable packages returned to Sky Systems are not automatically re-sent, and additional shipping charges may apply. If you need to change a delivery address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
