These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of eskysystems.com (“Website”), owned and operated by:

A Hong Kong–registered limited company
(“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Company”)

By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Eligibility & Scope

This Website is available to individuals aged 18+ purchasing products for personal use (B2C).

We ship worldwide, except:

  • Germany

  • Spain

  • Austria

Customers located in these countries must order through: skysystems.at

We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.


3. Product Information

We sell jewelry cords, accessories, findings, and related materials. All product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Website are for reference only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Colors may vary slightly between production batches.

  • Custom-cut cords (any item cut to length) cannot be returned.

  • Bulk orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

  • No warranties (express or implied) are provided, including but not limited to colorfastness, durability, or suitability for a specific purpose.

We make every effort to provide accurate product data, but small variations may occur due to manufacturing or digital display differences.


4. Prices, Currency & Taxes

All prices are displayed in multiple currencies for convenience. However:

  • All transactions are processed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar).

  • We do not charge VAT, as SKYJACOB Limited is a Hong Kong registered company.

Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs charges applicable in their country.


5. Order Processing & Availability

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

We primarily ship from:

  • Hong Kong (main warehouse)

  • Vienna, Austria (when stock is available or for faster dispatch)

  • Guangdong Province, China (special stock or bulk items)

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external events.


6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide (with exceptions listed in Section 2).

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier choice. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect parcels

  • Carrier errors beyond our control

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible items, beginning the day you receive your order.

7.1 Eligible Returns

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Customers must pay the return shipping cost unless the item is defective.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut cords

  • Opened spools

  • Items damaged due to improper use

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

  • Clearance/sale items

7.3 Defective or Wrong Items

If a product arrives defective or incorrect:

  • Contact customer service within 7 days

  • Provide photos/videos as proof

We will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full reimbursement


8. Compensation for Manufacturing Defects

If an item is proven defective:

  • We may send free compensation products,
    or

  • Issue partial/full reimbursement, depending on the case.

This applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects.


9. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

Bulk or wholesale orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately — if the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update it but cannot guarantee success.


10. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

All international shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in our prices

  • You are fully responsible for paying any customs charges

Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs. No refund will be provided in such cases.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKYJACOB Limited is not liable for:

  • Delays in shipping

  • Color variations between batches

  • Improper use or handling of products

  • Losses arising from customs or import restrictions

  • Damage caused by the shipping carrier

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.


12. No Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” without any warranty.

We explicitly disclaim all:

  • Implied warranties

  • Product warranties

  • Colorfastness or water resistance guarantees

  • Performance guarantees for any specific use case


13. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including photos, text, product descriptions, logos, and designs—is the property of SKYJACOB Limited.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Primary Method — Hong Kong Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, conducted in English.

14.2 EU Consumer Protection Rules

For EU consumers, mandatory EU consumer rights continue to apply where required by law.

In case of conflict, the provisions most favorable to the EU consumer shall prevail.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemic conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Supply chain issues

  • Political instability


17. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on the Website.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
